💡 Short version: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the Software does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase PocketBase MCP Pro and it does not function as described on our website, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order ID or proof of purchase
  • A brief description of the issue you experienced

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

3. Eligible Refund Reasons

  • The Software does not work as described and we cannot fix it
  • A technical issue prevents you from using the Software entirely
  • Duplicate purchase made in error (contact us immediately)

4. Non-Eligible Refund Reasons

  • Change of mind after the 14-day window
  • Incompatibility with systems or configurations not listed as supported
  • Issues caused by third-party software or your PocketBase setup
  • The Software was shared with or used by unauthorized parties

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment method. Paddle handles all refund processing on our behalf.
